Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and energetic Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of construction tasks across various trades, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help bring new housing developments to life through your hands-on skills and proactive approach.

Duties to include some of the below depending on your experience.

  • Execute carpentry tasks such as framing, fitting, and finishing with precision and attention to detail
  • Carry out roofing repairs and installations to ensure weatherproofing and structural integrity
  • Perform construction painting to prepare surfaces for finishing touches
  • Conduct masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively on various projects

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools essential for diverse construction tasks
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, or specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in trades such as carpentry.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
