Full job description

About Us:

We are a construction contractor with multiple, long-term, ongoing contracts based around Maldon and Essex.

Looking for experienced quality multi trader finishers to work on our void properties handling the final stages of refurbishment and snagging works combining skills across multiple trades such as painting, mastic sealing, patch plastering and tiling etc to make properties look clean, complete and ready for handover.

Person Specification:

· Must have a full UK driving license

· CSCS card required

· Void work experience an advantage

· Works well on own and within a team

· Good time keeping and attendance

Package:

· Rate of Pay dependent on skills and experience.

· Working hours are 07:30 till 16:30
