Dr. Tim Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Funnel Builder & Automations Specialist to join the team. This role is crucial for developing, managing, and optimizing the sales funnels and automation processes to drive conversions and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in funnel building, marketing automations, integrations, conversion rate optimisation, and data analysis.

Dr. Tim Ltd is an online education company that provides high-quality video-based instruction for longevity and wellness practitioners for a world-wide audience. The company’s roots are in the medical aesthetics field, and the online aesthetics courses and membership are designed to build confidence, knowledge and technique at every stage, working from foundation level to advanced treatments and the management of complications. Over the coming 3-5 years, the company is dedicated to building a tribe of medical professionals whose values and success are a beacon of light for the patients they serve.

You are the perfect fit for this role if you have a deep portfolio of funnels that have converted leads into paying customers. But your experience does not stop at funnels because you’re not a one-trick pony. You craft the full journey of a lead; from ad, to opt-in, to email sequence, to conversion. You probably know your way around Ads Manager even though it is not your core competency. You are much more comfortable building automations that drive conversions. You know the skilled design and tech of building an email sequence that will strategically segment lists based on actions.

You’ve worked with many different roles within a marketing department, and possibly have experience managing a small team. Aligning with a company that will let your skills shine and your creativity flow is what you are looking for in your next role!

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

  • Funnel Development:
  • Design, build, and optimise webinar funnels, challenge funnels, and other types of sales funnels to drive course and membership sales.
  • Automation Implementation:
  • Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, increase engagement, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Landing Page Creation:
  • Develop high-converting landing pages, opt-in forms, and sales pages using tools like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar platforms.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Create and automate email sequences that align with our sales funnels and drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization:
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the conversion rates of all funnel stages, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and increase conversions through A/B testing, user feedback, and data analysis.
  • A/B Testing:
  • Conduct A/B tests to continually improve funnel performance, including testing different headlines, images, calls to action, and email copy.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor funnel performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey.
  • Tech Stack Management:
  • Manage and integrate various marketing and sales tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing software, webinar platforms) to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

This position is for a person who is/has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in funnel building and marketing automation, preferably in the education or wellness industry.
  • Proficiency with funnel building tools such as ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency building automations with tools such as Zapier
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Infusionsoft.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.

Additional requirements:

  • Available to travel to our office in Holmes Chapel, England at least once per month
  • Available to work during UK time zones
  • Access to a computer
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Reliable and distraction-free work environment

Offer Details

This is a full-time remote employee position. Pay is between £ 30,000 - £ 35,000 per year (based on experience).
