Full job description

Are you techy with a penchant for ongoing improvement?

Are you a self-proclaimed funnel-hacker that builds funnels that convert?

Do you build brillant email automations and list segmentations that would make the average marketer’s head spin?

Then the team at Dr. Tim Ltd. needs you!

Dr. Tim Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Funnel Builder & Automations Specialist to join the team. This role is crucial for developing, managing, and optimizing the sales funnels and automation processes to drive conversions and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in funnel building, marketing automations, integrations, conversion rate optimisation, and data analysis.

Dr. Tim Ltd is an online education company that provides high-quality video-based instruction for longevity and wellness practitioners for a world-wide audience. The company’s roots are in the medical aesthetics field, and the online aesthetics courses and membership are designed to build confidence, knowledge and technique at every stage, working from foundation level to advanced treatments and the management of complications. Over the coming 3-5 years, the company is dedicated to building a tribe of medical professionals whose values and success are a beacon of light for the patients they serve.

You are the perfect fit for this role if you have a deep portfolio of funnels that have converted leads into paying customers. But your experience does not stop at funnels because you’re not a one-trick pony. You craft the full journey of a lead; from ad, to opt-in, to email sequence, to conversion. You probably know your way around Ads Manager even though it is not your core competency. You are much more comfortable building automations that drive conversions. You know the skilled design and tech of building an email sequence that will strategically segment lists based on actions.

You’ve worked with many different roles within a marketing department, and possibly have experience managing a small team. Aligning with a company that will let your skills shine and your creativity flow is what you are looking for in your next role!

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

  • Funnel Development:
  • Design, build, and optimise webinar funnels, challenge funnels, and other types of sales funnels to drive course and membership sales.
  • Automation Implementation:
  • Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, increase engagement, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Landing Page Creation:
  • Develop high-converting landing pages, opt-in forms, and sales pages using tools like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar platforms.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Create and automate email sequences that align with our sales funnels and drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization:
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the conversion rates of all funnel stages, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and increase conversions through A/B testing, user feedback, and data analysis.
  • A/B Testing:
  • Conduct A/B tests to continually improve funnel performance, including testing different headlines, images, calls to action, and email copy.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor funnel performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey.
  • Tech Stack Management:
  • Manage and integrate various marketing and sales tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing software, webinar platforms) to ensure seamless operations.

About The Company

Dr Tim Pearce MBChB BSc (Hons) MRCGP founded his eLearning aesthetics concept in 2016 in order to provide readily accessible BOTOX® and dermal filler online courses for fellow Medical Aesthetics practitioners. His objective was to raise standards within the industry through provision of high quality video-led resources.

Our exclusive online aesthetics courses are designed to build confidence, knowledge and technique at every stage, working from foundation level to advanced treatments and management of complications.

We’re very much a driven, fast-paced and creative team at Dr Tim. We’re known in the market for cutting-edge education but also for speaking truths and shaking things up. ‘Radical candour’ is one our 5 core values for how we all show up to work each day – if something needs saying, let’s say it!

Working at Dr Tim means a fun, playful but also hard-working environment where we use that energy to break the mould and do things differently to our competitors. We embrace uncertainty and encourage all our team to have a curious mind and be willing to embrace progress before perfection – this is how we grow quickly and stand out from the crowd - by being willing to fail instead of quick to blame.

Being fully privately owned means we don’t have to answer to any outside, controlling party (like banks or private investors). This has allowed us to set our own pace and to get the whole team’s ideas involved in how we shape the business. We want everyone at Dr Tim to feel a part of something bigger where how you think can really make a big difference to the company’s future, the standards in a developing industry, and also how you grow and develop as a person

You can learn more about the company

How thing are done at the company (AKA company values):

  • Brave and curious. Everyone on the team is into personal development which means we’re constantly asking ourselves empowering questions and being brave enough to try new approaches.
  • Radical candour. We bravely challenge each other and the status quo, but always with the very best of intentions to move the needle.
  • Move fast and break stuff. We are the opposite of a stuffy corporation. We know that to succeed we must fail a lot which requires a lot of testing.
  • LOLs. We have an irreverent sense of humour! There’s lots of banter in meetings.
  • Scalable thinking. We know there’s freedom in finding what works best and creating an SOP to ensure it gets replicated as we grow. We haven’t always done this, but we’re now fully signed up to its power.
