Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and energetic Multi Trader to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trades across various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks, supporting our commitment to excellence and safety. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on diverse responsibilities that keep projects moving forward with momentum.

Duties

  • Perform carpentry tasks including framing, door and window installation, and general woodwork.
  • Carry out roofing repairs and installations using appropriate materials and techniques.
  • Apply construction painting skills to prepare surfaces and deliver professional finishes.
  • Execute plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing.
  • Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair tasks across various materials.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for diverse construction activities.
  • Assist with electrical work where applicable, following safety protocols and technical specifications.
  • Fabricate custom components or structures as needed for specific projects or repairs.
  • Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety regulations, and document work progress.

Experience

  • Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, masonry, welding, plumbing, or electrical work.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for construction tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and follow project specifications accurately.
  • Experience performing fabrication work or working with custom-built components is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards within the construction industry.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
