Overview
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a national housing developer who have a strong presence in the market. Their head office is based out of Southampton, Hampshire and they cover sites across the whole of the south coast. These range from Dorset, Hampshire, and West Sussex with any town in between. They have many new sites due to start over the next 12 months and are now seeking an experienced assistant site manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Current site location negotiable as can move around depending on location etc. This will be working full time and the salary ranging between £50k - £55k p/a + package DOE. This will be to start immediately based on successful interview.

Experience

  • Must be experienced as an assistant site manager within the housing sector, specifically working on a high-volume site
  • Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
  • Strong with managing Sub-Contractors and to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT Proficient
  • Good eye for detail and quality checks
  • Organised and competent when snagging and completing plots
  • Punctual
