Full job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carry out general building maintenance (internal & external)
  • Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling (floors/walls), and flooring
  • Complete painting, decorating, and basic electrical tasks
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair building fixtures and fittings
  • Maintain gardens, hedges, and outdoor areas
  • Move furniture, support pest control, and clean windows
  • Identify and report hazards or defects
  • Keep accurate records and follow health & safety standards
  • Work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in general building or multi-trade maintenance
  • Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and general DIY
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Good knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety regulations
  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Able to manage time and meet targets
  • Eligible to work in the UK
