Overview

We are a small building company with an excellent local reputation, friendly but professional attitude whilst trading for 20 years delivering residential extensions, conversions, refurbishment's, kitchens and bathrooms in the area to a very high standard.

Our work is based in Bromley and close surrounding areas.

Job description:

We require a skilled Multi Trade Carpenter/Builder with an excellent knowledge of construction and Building Control requirements capable of building an extension from the ground up, fitting a kitchen and/or bathrooms. Ideally someone with multi trade skills with a focus on carpentry would be preferred. You will be working with a skilled builder or maybe a labourer only on some days so must be able to make decisions and think for yourself, able to plan and order materials ahead of time and converse with clients.

You will be responsible for executing a wide range of building and renovation projects, utilizing your diverse skills across multiple trades. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on time and within scope, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. This position offers an exciting hands-on opportunity to work on a variety of projects , where your proactive approach and technical proficiency will make a real impact.

You will be provided with a Van (if needed) and branded Polo shirts.

Skills required:

The Multi-trader will need to be able to use their own initiative, work on their own or as part or as a team and have a positive attitude.

Previous experience in the residential sector essential.

Good time keeping and reliability is a must

Hands on approach

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Customer Care experience preferred

Plumbing / Tiling an advantage

  • Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing (preferred)
  • Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for various construction activities.
  • Fabricate custom components or modifications as needed for unique project requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks across different trades for seamless project execution.
