As our Vendor Alliance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing vendor-funded marketing opportunities, especially across digital channels and our e-commerce platform. You’ll work directly with vendor partners to create impactful marketing campaigns, report on performance, and bring inactive vendors back into the fold — all while contributing to the wider marketing strategy and business growth.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Stafford HQ, with 1–3 days in the office and the rest remote — offering flexibility while staying closely connected with the team and our partners.

- Secure and deliver vendor-funded advertising for the Converge e-commerce platform
- Develop and implement marketing plans in collaboration with vendors
- Reactivate and re-engage dormant vendor relationships
- Create marketing collateral in-house or with third-party support
- Coordinate campaigns that align with sales efforts and strategic goals
- Provide regular performance and ROI reporting for all vendor activities
- Attend and represent Converge at partner events
- Collaborate with digital agencies to optimize advertising strategy and execution
Essential:
- Experience in digital sales and marketing
- Understanding of online advertising and social media platforms
- Strong CRM and analytical reporting skills
- Confident relationship builder and communicator
- Degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing
- Experience with vendor relationship management
