Our Asset Operations Team works together to provide a high-quality maintenance and repair service for the Kingdom Group.

To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for a Joiner.This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain homes within the Kingdom Group, supporting our vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities.

The Role

As a Joiner you will:

  • Work as part of the Asset Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
  • Carry out all required joinery maintenance and repair work in our properties, offices and any other buildings.
  • Participate in the emergency on call rota.
  • Carry out multi-skilled work such as basic plumbing and plasterwork.

You will provide routine and emergency repairs in our customers' homes, change of tenancy repairs in void properties and other categories of repairs and minor works in our properties and staff bases.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Completed 4-year apprenticeship in relevant trade (SCQF 6)
  • Previous experience in a Joiner role.
  • The ability to carry out multiskilled work, including basic plumbing work.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic digital skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
