Do you have a passion for precision and quality? Can you see yourself as part of a dynamic team in a world-renowned marine company? We are currently looking for a Carpenter to join our busy team in the picturesque Falmouth, Cornwall!

As a Carpenter, you will play a critical role in our boat assembly process. You'll be involved in a variety of activities such as scribing and fitting joinery parts, installing teak decks, fitting external stainless-steel hardware, and adding the finishing touches by installing windows, doors, and furnishings. You'll also have the opportunity to work with both hand and machine tools while fitting GRP parts, ensuring that each vessel meets our exceptional standards.

Hours of Work: Full Time, 7:00am-17:30pm, Monday-Thursday (40 hours per week)

Carpenter Requirements:

  • Experience as a Boat Builder is preferred, but not essential; we welcome candidates from backgrounds such as 1st & 2nd fix carpentry, window fitting, shop fitting, joinery, and caravan/motorhome fitting.
  • Right to work in the UK is essential.
  • Proven competence in a variety of boat building skills is necessary.
  • Strong practical hand skills; we value experience over qualifications.
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
