Duties to include:
- The ability to be able to build as part of a team to carry out extensions, renovations and loft conversions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Must be able to put your hand to most things to include carpentry, roofing, brickwork, footings along with second fix finish work.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety guidelines, building regulations and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate project activities
- Maintain a good working mentality to complement our already great team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a builder in a similar role undertaking all aspects of building from footings, brickworks, studwork, plaster boarding, carpentry work and general building tasks.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities as we have a very hardworking friendly team here at Clark & Hanson.
