Full job description

SER Ltd is a Building Contractor working mainly in the South East of England specialising in Industrial Unit Refurbishment works for Investments fund and Pension fund clients.

We require an experienced Working Foreman to carry out the following :-

Supervision of H & S on site

Site register of activity

Supervision of Labour & Sub Contractors

Checking and maintaining quality of Labour and Sub Contractors

Working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the delivery of the works on programme

House keeping of the site.

Applicant must have their own vehicle & tools and must have a current First Aid ticket and SMSTS Qualification.

The position is a 6 Month Contract on a self-employed CIS basis. The Site is based in East Sussex.

Day Rate of £225.00 for working day of 7.30am – 4.30pm
