New Build Site Joiners Wanted – Price Work Available
Location: Teesside / North East – sites across Middlesbrough, Redcar & Saltburn area
Pay: Price work – competitive rates per plot/unit | Fortnightly pay | CIS
Type: Full-time, Subcontract | Immediate starts

About the role
Looking for experienced Site Joiners for new build housing developments. Full packages available covering joists & flooring, roofs, 1st fix, 2nd fix and final fix across plots.

What we need:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery
Valid CSCS card – Blue/Gold preferred
Own tools & transport
Proven experience on new build plots, working to programme
Quality work to NHBC standards
Reliable & health & safety conscious
