Overview

We are seeking a versatile and energetic Multi Trade Builder to join our dynamic commercial construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building and maintenance tasks across multiple trades, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Your expertise will contribute to creating safe, functional, and visually appealing structures, supporting our commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled tradespeople eager to showcase their diverse abilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Duties will vary depending on the project but may include:
  • General building and remedial works
  • Carpentry and basic joinery
  • Plastering and patch repairs
  • Painting and decorating
  • Basic plumbing
  • Tiling
  • General snagging and finishing works
  • Refurbishment and maintenance works
  • Working alongside other trades and subcontractors
  • Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard

Applicants Must Have:

  • CSCS Green Card or Higher.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • NVQ favourable but not essential.
  • Proven experience in multiple trades.
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction environments.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications accurately.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to different sites.
  • Good knowledge of construction site health & safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and professional approach to work.
