Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor/ NICEIC Qualified Supervisor to join our team at Alfa Electric LTD in Hastings. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of electrical engineers while ensuring compliance with technical and safety regulations. Your expertise will be vital in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise our team of qualified electrical engineers on a day to day basis including attending sites and meetings with clients
  • Liaise with the Managing Director, Operations Manager and Compliance Manager with regards to all business activities
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople on building projects as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
  • Accurately record test results using our electronic compliance systems
  • Support and maintain NICEIC compliance as a Qualified Supervisor

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a supervisor in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of NICEIC requirements and experience working as a Qualified Supervisor
  • Familiarity with H&S and compliance requirements within the construction industry
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • 18th addition qualified
  • Inspection & Testing 2391 or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
