Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trade Builder to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building, repair, and maintenance tasks across various trades. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require a proactive approach, technical proficiency, and a passion for craftsmanship.

Duties

  • Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, door and window installation, and general woodwork.
  • Conduct roofing repairs and installations using appropriate materials and techniques.
  • Carry out construction painting to prepare surfaces and deliver quality finishes.
  • Install and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping with precision.
  • Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing.
  • Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair of metal structures.
  • Handle electrical tasks including wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across multiple trades.
  • Fabricate custom components or structures as needed for specific projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, welding, electrical work, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward completing tasks efficiently.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • Valid certifications or licenses relevant to trades such as electrical or welding certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
  • Driving license required
