Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills and be able to do much of the work on extensions and loft conversions. Duties

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs across various properties, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Perform heavy lifting as required during the execution of tasks.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various projects.
• Engage in joinery and masonry work as needed, ensuring structural integrity and quality finishes.
• Address roofing issues, including repairs and maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople when necessary to complete larger projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multiple trades carpentry, joinery, masonry, and roofing.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in trades are advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £180.00-£250.00 per day
