We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to join our growing team, managing domestic refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects across South London and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects within designated postcode areas, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar management role.
• Strong building and construction knowledge.
• Experience managing domestic refurbishment, renovation, and reinstatement projects.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and job management systems.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Must be based in South London, ideally within easy travelling distance of Sutton, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage refurbishment and reinstatement projects within allocated postcode areas.
• Plan and schedule works to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project costs and ensure works remain within approved budgets.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Supervise and coordinate builders, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
• Carry out regular quality inspections and site visits.
• Update and amend scopes of work as required throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, surveyors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates.
