Job Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Multi trade Skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess site vast construction based experience but also have a diverse range of construction skills in masonry, enabling them to contribute effectively to various building projects if needed. Within this role, you will be responsible for the running of your own projects, executing tasks that require precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety and ensuring all of our employees are meeting target requirements and maintaing quality. We are looking for a competent individual with 20 +years minimum experience in the building trade, who can manage a team of employees within there own building projects. You must be able to carry out all masonry aspects required to construct house extensions, renovations and New builds and have the experience to oversee other team members while still carrying out there own masonry duties.

Duties

  • Carry out masonry work, including laying bricks, stonework and blocks to construct walls and other structures.
  • Operate power tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks.
  • Assist with roofing projects, ensuring proper installation of materials for durability and weather resistance.
  • Utilise hand tools effectively to complete tasks with precision.

Skills

  • Proficient in masonry techniques with a solid understanding of materials used in construction.
  • Competent in joinery with the ability to read plans and execute plans accurately.
  • Familiarity with operating various power tools safely within a construction environment.
  • Experience with all construction materials and installation methods is essential.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform demanding tasks on-site.
