Job Opportunity: Supervisor at Trespass, Bents Garden Centre

Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for leadership? Trespass, a renowned outdoor clothing and equipment retailer, is seeking a dedicated and capable Supervisor to join our team at Bents Garden Centre.

Contracted Hours: 24, with the potential for full-time hours
Contract: Fixed term, ending 3 January 2027

Please note that this role requires availability Monday to Sunday, with flexibility around store opening hours. Shifts will be agreed with the Store Manager.

Role Overview: As a Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in our management structure, providing essential support to both staff and upper management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Sales and Profit: Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance sales performance and overall profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by assisting shoppers and addressing their needs.
  • Merchandising: Contribute to effective product displays and visual merchandising.
  • Stock Control: Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels and inventory organisation.
  • Store Setup: Help set up the store for maximum business efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably at a management level.
  • Merchandising Skills: Familiarity with effective merchandising practices.
  • Team Player: Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to varying shifts and business demands, including availability across all seven days and store opening hours.
