Full job description

Our client, a regional builder, are urgently seeking a working finishing foreperson to assist on their current site on a surgical hospital in Scunthorpe in Lincolnshire.

The role will require the successful candidate to be able to ensure works are carried out in line with drawings ensuring lights, fans, services, access hatches are correctly installed. You will be required to also ensure doors ironmongery and sockets are also fitted as per drawings.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and would be expected to ensure the project is finished to a high standard. A trade background would be ideal for this role. CSCS is essential.

CIS Payment available.

The role is best suited to someone who is a self starter with a keen eye for detail.
