Full job description

We are currently looking for an experienced builder.

With our rapid growth and continued development nationally, we are looking to hire a tradesman for a minor works contract in the Almondsbury area of Bristol to start immeadetly.

Ideal candidate will preferably have:

  • Background working in the construction industry, including hands on trade experience Trade experience in carpentry is essential
  • Prior site management experience
  • A network of contacts to call upon of various labour and skilled labour.
  • Experience managing and overseeing teams of trades
  • Reading and interpreting drawings.
  • Proactive approach and able to work off own initiative
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

Duties will include:

  • Managing and coordinating trades and sub-contractors on site
  • listing and arranging for materials
  • Ensuring the project is running in line with the programme
  • Ensuring high levels of health and safety are maintained on site
  • Quality management

Applicants must:

  • Have a minimum of 10 years within the construction industry
  • A full UK driving licence
  • CIS Registered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £1,000.00-£1,200.00 per week
