A field-based commercial maintenance role carrying out reactive call-outs, planned maintenance, and project works across commercial sites.

Location, Coverage & Perks

  • Base & Coverage: Based in Bristol; covering the South West, South Wales, M4 Corridor, and the Midlands.
  • Perks: Company vehicle (available for personal use), all power/hand tools supplied, PPE and uniform provided, and training support.
  • Type: Full-time (requires flexibility for an on-call rota).

Core Responsibilities

  • Fabric Maintenance & Projects: Complete reactive, planned, and project-based general building and fabric repairs to commercial standards.
  • Site Safety & Admin: Complete RAMS, dynamic risk assessments, job reports, and weekly timesheets via smartphone.
  • Surveying & Logistics: Assess jobs, order materials, plan workloads, and provide reports/quotes for follow-up works.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Relevant construction/fabric maintenance experience and proficiency with hand/power tools.
  • Background Check: Must pass an Enhanced DBS check (no unspent criminal convictions).
  • Skills: Basic IT skills (smartphone navigation), solid Health & Safety knowledge, and good communication skills for commercial clients.
  • (Desirable: PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, or Manual Handling certifications).
