Experienced Surveyor – Double Glazing

Location: Carshalton, Surrey (office-based when not on site)
Coverage Area: London, Surrey & surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our established and successful double glazing company.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong industry knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a proven track record within the window and door industry. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are surveyed accurately and delivered efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed site surveys for windows, doors, and related products.
  • Produce accurate survey drawings and installation information.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Complete site risk assessments and installation notes.
  • Raise and manage contract variations where required.
  • Support smooth project delivery alongside the Operations Team.

Essential Requirements

✔ NVQ Level 3 in Surveying (or equivalent)
✔ Proven experience within the double glazing/window and door industry
✔ Strong knowledge of FENSA regulations and industry standards
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
✔ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
