Full job description

  • We are recruiting Class 2/3 RBIs based in Solihull Office or can be home based with occasional visit to the office
  • Class 2/3 RBI inspectors to cover Birmingham, Worcestershire and Warwickshire areas

Job Overview

Join our team as a Registered Building Inspector and become a vital part of ensuring safety, compliance, and quality in construction and building maintenance projects. In this energetic role, you will conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial structures to verify compliance with building regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage your workload and self-development opportunities within the company

Duties

Perform comprehensive Plan check/ inspections of buildings during various phases of construction, renovation, or routine maintenance to ensure compliance with Building Regulations 2010 and support and collaborate with your piers

Proven experience in building Control essential as we offer
