Prime Property Surveyors Ltd is a growing independent residential surveying practice based in the North East. We specialise in high-quality residential surveys and valuations, with a strong focus on quality over volume, professional integrity, and clear client communication.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Building Surveyor to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor who wants to focus on delivering quality work, not just hitting numbers.
The Role – Building Surveyor
As a Building Surveyor, you will undertake a range of residential surveying instructions across the North East, including:
- RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
- Level 3 Building Surveys
- Residential valuations
- Snagging inspections on new build properties
- Specialist property inspections and defect analysis
This Building Surveyor position prioritises thorough inspections, well-written reports, and excellent client service rather than high-volume targets.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Building Surveyor who is:
- AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS qualified (or working towards chartership)
- Experienced in residential property surveying
- Strong in identifying structural defects and building pathology
- A clear and confident report writer
- Professional and personable with clients
- Organised and able to manage their own workload
- Experience with RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys is preferred.
