McCallums Property Surveying is well-established company that specialises in Residential and Commercial surveying and we are looking for experienced Surveyors to join our highly respected and growing company to carry out all types of Residential/Commercial work We are experiencing exponential growth across england and therefore looking for enthusiastic Surveyors to join our team in delivering survey reports for Level 2 (HomeBuyer), Level 3 (Building Surveys) on a Self employed basis.

  • Generous fee split, based on Surveys undertaken
  • All Surveys booked on your behalf
  • Flexible working hours, fully home based
  • Immediate start available. full time or part time
  • Self Employed

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and technical competencies:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified (or an equivalent professional body)
  • Experienced in conducting Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building Surveys)
  • Have a full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle to travel for site inspections (Company car not provided)
  • Be proficient with IT
  • Be a self-starter taking initiative with the ability to work independently
  • Have good time management skills
  • Be able to complete detailed quality reports to Company standards and adhering to the RICS guidelines
  • Pay attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills
  • Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and produce reports in a timely manner
  • Be friendly and personable, able to provide clear and actionable feedback and suggestions.
