Job Overview
Are you an RICS qualified surveyor looking for a great new way to do business? Stonewood Surveyors are here for you!
Stonewood Surveyors is owned and ran by surveyors, not a corporation, and is designed to enable qualified building surveyors and chartered surveyors to enter the world of self employment, without any of the hassle or cost of business generation. We operate on a class-leading fee-split basis, with earnings to eclipse the equivalent salary paid by the big companies for the same quota of work.
Our dedicated administration team will take care of all advertising, survey-scheduling and pre-inspection client contact on your behalf, whilst Stonewood provides access to a high-tech industry-leading software package to help you to carry out your surveys - or you can use your own system.
We have personally experienced the nasty side of the surveying world, with deceptive tactics by other companies, cold corporate attitudes, and even unpaid fees. Our mission statement is simple; no surveyor will experience the same again.
With no upfront costs, no commitment and no risk, Stonewood Surveyors is the partnership you've been looking for!
Duties
- Conduct detailed RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys in full compliance with the RICS Home Survey Standard.
- Prepare comprehensive survey reports that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and potential risks to clients.
- Match our high-standard of post-survey client support to answer their specific queries after they have received their report.
Experience
- Applicants must be AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified to be considered.
- Demonstrable expertise in conducting property inspections and producing detailed reports for diverse residential properties.
- Strong communication skills will be required to explain complex technical information clearly and confidently to clients.
- Knowledge of current legislation affecting residential property assessments is necessary.
Join us in delivering exceptional residential surveying services that empower our clients to make informed property decisions!
Pay: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
