Job Title: Service and Spares Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Service and Spares Coordinator to join our team and help streamline our administrative processes.

Job Description: As a Service and Spares Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the administration and coordination of our service and spares department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering and tracking service requests for efficient resolution.
  • Managing documentation related to service and spare parts.
  • Coordinating service technician schedules for customer visits.
  • Facilitating communication between customers and our technical team.
  • Overseeing the procurement, inventory, and shipping of spare parts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of spare parts availability.
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of customer documentaion
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for customers to address inquiries and provide information.
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
  • Prior administrative or coordination experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and administrative tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
