You’ll enjoy working with children and young people, supporting your team to achieve positive outcomes, whilst creating a safe, caring, and supportive place to live for children and young people.

If you’re experienced working within a managerial position within Residential Childcare, this could be the perfect role for you.

On a day-to-day basis we will assist our young people to access the community, go on fun days out and develop their skills, all while ensuring they feel their opinions and feedback is responded to.

We are in the process of opening our first Ofsted registered home and we are looking for an enthusiastic, career driven registered manger to join us through registration, and create the perfect home for our young people. However, there is the opportunity to start straight away, building and managing the staff team, and preparing the home for registration whilst overseeing our leisure and activity-based provisions.

As a registered manager you will be involved in the recruitment of the team, as well as on boarding of the young people, giving you a rare opportunity to build your ideal home.
