Hours: 25 hours per week Monday–Friday

Job Overview
Providing the first point of contact for prospective customers and intermediaries making enquiries about the products and services offered by the Family Building Society.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Society’s products and services.
  • Providing accurate and efficient responses to customer and intermediary enquiries via inbound and outbound telephone calls.
  • Undertake administrative tasks
  • Promoting products and services without offering financial advice or guidance.
  • Issuing relevant documentation (e.g., literature, illustrations, application forms).
  • Supporting and covering for team members as needed.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 years' experience within the Financial Services industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • A self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
