Multi-Skilled Tradesman

Location:

Cheshire & North Staffordshire

Diamond Construction is a reputable and professional construction company based in Cheshire. We specialise in extending and improving homes, including extensions, loft conversions, bespoke new builds and renovations, and we are the preferred contractor for a Trust of Primary and Secondary Schools, across Cheshire and North Staffordshire.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a multi-skilled tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate must be competent to perform a variety of skilled tasks across multiple trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship to complete maintenance, repair, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skilled and unskilled labour and tradesman duties

- Collaborate with other tradesmen to complete projects efficiently and effectively

- Follow drawings, specifications, and building codes to ensure accurate and high-quality work

- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to complete assigned tasks

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Tradesman or similar role

- Proficiency in carpentry, masonry, painting, plumbing, and other related trades

- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job

- Excellent problem-solving skills

Your own means of transport is essential to allow you to carry required tools and or materials to complete the works.

Salary dependent on experience.

Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
