Full job description
Aluminium gates assembler & finisher required.
Would suit someone with a UPVC/Aluminium window/door background.
Would suit someone with handyman/semi skilled joinery experience.
Location - Blantyre. Immediate start available.
Full training provided, although person must possess the correct transferrable hands on skills.
Hours:
7am - 4.15pm daily. Early Finish Friday - 12.15pm. Overtime available.
Contract:
For correct candidate this will be a full time position.
Job Role:
Job will mainly consist of constructing gates - cutting aluminium frames/infills + assembling.
Using various infill materials (aluminium boards, real timber / composite .
Attention to detail required - nice finish on products essential.
Building pallets for shipping + packaging gates. Using shrink wrap / heat gun.
General workshop help - unloading materials on delivery etc.
Tools you will use:
Chop saws, grinders, circular saw, jigsaw, hand drill, impact drivers.
Must be familiar with power tools. Must be accurate with a measuring tape.
