Job Description

You’ll be front-and-centre, delivering expert coaching on the gym floor in a warm, non-intimidating manner. As a Body Fitness Studio coach, your priority is member safety and building honest, supportive relationships so people leave every session feeling better than when they arrived.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver small-group personal training and larger group classes to Body Fitness Studio standards.
  • Create a friendly, welcoming, non-intimidating experience for every member.
  • Keep the training space safe and present yourself to the highest professional standard.
  • Support the Marketing Team as needed, from social content to live events.
  • Lead club tours for prospective members and assist with sales and club operations.
  • Take part in ongoing education provided by Body Fitness Studio to stay at the top of your game.
  • Contribute to the Body Fitness Studio programme blueprint when asked, supporting the Senior Coach with programme design.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualified personal trainer.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Hungry to improve every day.
  • A collaborative and reliable team player who genuinely supports colleagues.
  • Work with purpose and clear intent.
  • Most importantly, love what you do!
