Full job description

We’re looking for a residential property manager WITH EXPERIENCE to join our award-winning Bournemouth based estate agency. Working at the heart of our lettings operation the ideal candidate will have a strong work-ethic, a positive can-do attitude and the willingness to learn & develop in this pivotal role.

The Role

Organising property maintenance and repairs, liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors

Building long term relationships with potential and existing landlord’s, tenants and contractors

Management of a portfolio of residential properties of up to 200 units to include maintenance, property visits, negotiating tenancy renewals and rent increases

Coordinating tasks such as gardening, repairs and decoration move ins and move outs

Emailing tenancy agreements & registration of tenancy deposits

Managing deposit disputes

Daily tasks, managing queries in relation to problems leases, subletting and permissions

Assisting with the processing of complaints, ensuring a high-quality service through to the conclusion of the complaint

Using a CRM system for property management (logging calls, keys in and out, raising reactive works orders and annual orders)

Ensuring properties remain compliant and up-to-date with the latest legislation

Assisting Management with any other duties as may be required

Our Expectation

Maintenance Experience: 1 Year Minimum

Positive can-do attitude & show willing in all tasks

Excellent communication skills

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail

Good at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly switch between tasks & prioritise

Remain calm under pressure

Holiday Entitlement

20 days holidays

Working Hours (5 Day Week)

08.00 – 17.00 Monday – Friday

Once a month on home emergency support call at weekends.

Remuneration

£30,000 p.a. (on target income £40,000 p.a. including commissions)

55p per mile fuel allowance paid on working miles.

Valid driving licence is required.
