About the Role

We are looking for a full time or part time, high-calibre, versatile Executive Assistant to support an experienced Business Owner & Investor with multiple growing ventures, including:

  • A 25+ year established property investment and lettings business
  • Launching and growing a new coffee shop brand
  • Property development projects
  • A holistic therapy, coaching and retreats business

This is a dynamic, varied role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys responsibility, and takes pride in doing things properly.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-level personal and business admin across multiple ventures
  • Supporting the development and running of a lettings company
  • Assisting with the launch and growth of the coffee shop brand
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, suppliers, staff, and clients
  • Representing the business professionally with clients and partners
  • Handling customer enquiries with confidence, warmth and discretion
  • Proactively solving problems before they escalate
  • Organising travel, meetings, schedules and logistics (UK and abroad)
  • Research, coordination and implementation of new projects and systems
  • Assisting with marketing and social media content across the businesses
  • Helping manage online presence, posts, basic campaigns and enquiries
  • Management of all staff, contractors and suppliers.
  • Supporting bookings, events and retreat promotions
  • Client entertainment and closing.

About You

You are:

  • Well-presented, sharp, professional with your own unique style.
  • Confident representing a premium brand and senior business owner
  • Happy to travel within the UK and internationally
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A natural self-starter with excellent initiative
  • Calm, capable and solutions-focused
  • Excellent communicator with strong people skills and impeccable customer service skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and take deadlines and targets seriously.
  • Tech-confident and quick to learn
  • Comfortable using social media and basic marketing tools
  • Sales or commercial experience is a strong advantage
