You will provide trusted leadership for RICS on professional and technical matters within key sectors of the surveying profession, globally. As part of a senior specialist team, the role’s principal purpose is to develop and maintain a body of trusted, sector focussed standards and related professional development for the chartered surveying profession.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Relevant sector-based expertise with deep understanding and passion for the importance of excellence in professional surveying to society

A track record of delivering sound business outcomes in a multi-stakeholder environment with competing interests, which are justifiable to all

Capable of engendering trust and confidence with senior public and market stakeholders, capable of projecting RICS’ brand credibly in an international environment

An enthusiastic and committed team player, capable of working effectively in a matrix environment

First class, written and oral communication – this role will require you to deliver impactful profession and public facing communications which influence educate and guide relevant audiences

High levels of intellect and the ability to apply this to development of solutions in emerging, complex issues, across a wide range of situations, at speed if necessary
