Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder to join our team. As a Scaffolder , you will be responsible for constructing and assembling scaffolding structures to provide safe access and support for construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in various construction techniques and the ability to work at heights.

Duties:

- Taking responsibility for a squad withgood commutation skills between me and yourelf.

- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to blueprints, safety regulations, and project requirements

- Ensure scaffolding is plumb, level, and secure

- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and fasten materials

- Install guardrails, ladders, and other safety devices on scaffolding

- Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure proper placement and stability of scaffolding

- Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear and make necessary repairs or replacements

- Assist with other construction tasks as needed, such as roofing, painting, masonry, welding, fabricating, electrical work, etc.

Skills:

- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in construction

- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and building materials

- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately

- Skilled in plumb and level measurements for precise scaffold assembly

- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to working at heights

- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with scaffold stability or integrity
