Sales Support Administrator – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire | Hybrid Working 3 days in the office 2 days WFH.
£30,000 - £35,000
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm / 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM

Are you an organised administrator who thrives on keeping projects, customers and internal teams on track?

Eaton Syalon are delighted to be supporting a business in the search for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

You must be able to drive to be considered for the role due to the location of the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, coordinating multiple customer orders and supporting projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

The Opportunity

Working closely with Sales, Project Management and Technical teams, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless experience throughout the order and delivery process.

You will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, maintaining accurate records, communicating updates, supporting project delivery and ensuring deadlines are achieved.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, building relationships and being at the centre of a busy operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer orders from quotation through to delivery and installation
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Liaise with Sales, Technical and Project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Produce reports and administrative documentation when required
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communication throughout the process
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and project reviews

About You

  • Previous experience within Sales Support, Project Coordination, Customer Service or Administration
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach
  • Experience working with ERP or SAP systems would be advantageous but not essential
