The Resident Liaison Officer will play a key role within the Warm Homes Wave 3 Delivery Team, acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the delivery of energy efficiency improvement works. You will build positive relationships with tenants, provide information and support on the programme, coordinate property access, and act as the link between residents, contractors and retrofit assessors. The role involves regular resident engagement, helping to overcome barriers to access and ensuring works are delivered in a way that supports a positive customer experience while maintaining accurate records and audit trails.

What you will need:

  • experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing, construction or a related sector
  • excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • ability to engage with residents and stakeholders and manage challenging situations professionally
  • strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
  • good IT skills and attention to detail
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and mathematics
  • full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • attend resident’s meetings as required that could be outside of normal working hours.

If you think you have what it takes to be successful in this role, even if you don’t meet all of the essential requirements, please apply. We would appreciate the opportunity to consider your application.
