Our Mid & South Essex operation is one of the largest territories within the network, operating from hubs in Loughton, Brentwood and Chelmsford and covering a substantial area across the CM, RM, IG and E postcode districts.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious, creative and highly organised Property Media & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our property marketing, visual content and social media presence.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in a market-leading premium property business, working with exceptional homes, high-net-worth clients and an experienced team of property professionals.

We are looking for someone who can combine outstanding photography and videography skills with a genuine understanding of digital marketing, social media and brand building.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating exceptional visual content that helps us market properties, strengthen our brand and win new instructions.

Working closely with our directors, administration & sales teams, you will become the driving force behind our content strategy and marketing output.

Key Responsibilities

Property Marketing

  • Professional photography of residential properties
  • Videography including property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos and promotional content
  • Drone photography and videography (where licensed)
  • Production of floorplans and property marketing assets
  • Image editing and enhancement
  • Video editing and post-production
  • Creation of premium property brochures and marketing materials
  • Uploading and managing property media across portals and marketing platforms
  • Supporting new property launches and marketing campaigns
  • Interaction with Fine & County HQ Media and Marketing Team and sharing/promoting our content globally via the network

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube channels and share with Fine & Country HQ and other platforms
  • Create engaging property, lifestyle and brand-focused content – don’t rely on tools like Canva
  • Produce regular reels, shorts and video campaigns and agree the build of our message
  • Create personal-brand content for agents and directors and promotion of the business generally
  • Develop and maintain a structured content calendar
  • Write engaging captions and marketing copy
  • Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Stay ahead of trends and emerging social platforms

Brand Development & Business Growth

  • Help strengthen Fine & Country's premium brand presence across Essex
  • Produce content that supports instruction-winning presentations
  • Create local market update videos and community-focused content
  • Support recruitment, PR and business development initiatives
  • Identify new opportunities to increase reach, engagement and lead generation

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven professional photography experience
  • Strong videography and video editing skills
  • Experience producing high-quality short-form video content
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or equivalent software
  • Experience managing social media channels professionally
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Drone qualification and experience
  • Willingness to travel throughout Essex / East London and surrounding areas

Desirable Skills

  • Previous estate agency or property marketing experience
  • Graphic design experience
  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • Copywriting and content marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social analytics platforms
