If you are caring, resilient, and ready to be part of a team that genuinely changes lives — we would love to hear from you.

  • Administering medication where required (following training)
  • Contributing to care planning and risk assessments
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Completing household duties including cooking and cleaning
  • Working collaboratively with families, social workers, and professionals

You will help create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment where young people feel valued and supported.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to work as part of a small team
  • Strong communication and resilience skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Willingness to undertake training and development
  • Registration (or willingness to register within 6 months) with the relevant care body

Experience in residential childcare is desirable but not essential — we value the right attitude just as much as experience.
