Full job description
You will be responsible for the supervision, organisation, management and co-ordination of the day to day operations in relation to the Council's Contract, ensuring works are carried out in compliance with set targets and specifications.
To be eligible for this role, you must have significant experience in management and hold a City & Guilds in SJIB 2391 and 2382-18 and a National Certificate in Building related discipline or equivalent.
The postholder will have experience in Electrical installations, servicing and current health and safety regulations and procedures. They will also have excellent organisational and analytical skills as well as report writing and IT skills.
