Curve has built itself into an established name in Conveyancing Solutions. to pool expertise in Conveyancing and distribution to deliver a best-in-class Conveyancing service to Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents using advanced technology and system integration backed by personal service

Role Summary

You will have had a role liaising personally with third parties involved in the property chain, including agents, financial advisors, surveyors, solicitors and purchasers to assist in the delivery of services to enhance the business and or supply relationships contributing towards the growth and development of Curve Conveyancing Solutions in the distribution, management and control of Conveyancing instructions received from a defined Mortgage Network to a panel of Conveyancers aligned to the Perfect Portal product.

You will prefer to pick up the phone rather than email and know how to build trust and relationships with key introducers and suppliers to support a best-in-class distribution service, delivering great service outcomes for Clients, Introducers, their associated Networks.

Role Requirements

  • You will have a history of building and maintaining successful introducer and or supply relationships, understanding the needs of business introducers and suppliers, creating priority in others, and influencing positive action and behaviour by third parties.
  • You will have demonstrated your influence to achieve positive outcomes for Clients and Introducers, behaving in the right way through building positive relationships and trust with all stakeholders.
  • You will be passionate about what you do, driven towards successful outcomes for the team and business.
  • You will contribute towards the delivery of the overall business plan, delivering on your objectives and helping to create a positive working environment and culture.
  • You should be able to support clients giving them guidance, reassurance and help them to navigate complexities
  • You should have proven customer service skills enabling you to enhance any customer experience
  • You will have proven history in being a problem solver and being able to address challenges and deal with them in a timely manner

Pay: £23,133.00-£28,000.00 per year
