The Role

As a Property Valuer, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, carrying out market appraisals and guiding clients through every stage of their moving journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting residential sales valuations.
  • Winning new instructions and growing market share.
  • Providing honest, accurate pricing advice.
  • Following up valuations and converting opportunities into listings.
  • Building relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses.
  • Working closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Representing the Marie Holmes brand professionally at all times.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous estate agency valuation experience.
  • Has a proven track record of winning instructions.
  • Is confident, motivated and target driven.
  • Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Delivers outstanding customer service.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
  • Wants to build a long-term career within an ambitious independent agency.

What We Offer

  • OTE £40,000
  • Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission.
  • Full-time position (38 hours per week) Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm & Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm with a day off in lieu during the week
