Responsibilities

• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates through effective communication skills, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the team.
• Utilize relationship management techniques to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate feedback sessions, and communicate offers clearly and professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in lead generation, social media management, and applicant sourcing strategies to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

Skills

• Proven experience with lead generation techniques for recruiting top talent across various platforms.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike.
