Our multi disciplined practice is based in Colchester in a vibrant easily accessible office. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to work across a range of projects in residential and commercial sectors.
This potential candidate should be driven, self motivated individual with experience and sound knowledge of building construction. The role involves conducting Surveys, preparation of Reports, Specification of Works, Schedules of Conditions and Schedules of Dilapidation.
A full UK Driving Licence is a requirement.
