We care deeply about our clients, not just their properties. We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated Property Valuer/Lister to help grow our market share and fly the HOME flag across our wonderful City. This isn’t a clipboard-and-tie kind of job. It’s a fast-paced, client-facing, trust-earning role where your personality is your superpower.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Helping people move forward with their onward journey (as there is always a story)
  • Managing your own diary and planning ahead like a pro
  • Knocking on doors, canvassing, and always touting for that next instruction
  • Carrying out accurate, confident valuations – and turning them into instructions
  • Ensuring every listing shines and meets all compliance standards
  • Managing stock like it’s your own – you’ll know every detail
  • Building lasting relationships with vendors – not just closing deals
  • Negotiating offers when needed with skill, charm and commercial sense
  • Representing HOME with pride – appearance, attitude and vehicle all polished
  • Pushing for client reviews – because great service deserves recognition

A Few Things That Should Sound Like You:

  • You thrive on turning valuations into instructions
  • You genuinely enjoy helping people make life-changing decisions
  • You treat every listing like it’s your own
  • You keep your finger firmly on the pulse of the local and National property market
  • You don’t just close client relationships – you build them

We’re After Someone Who is:

  • Naturally driven with a sharp eye for detail
  • Confident, charismatic and brilliant at reading a room
  • Organised, proactive, and not afraid of a bit of hustle
  • A real team player who lifts others and shares success
  • Someone with at least 1 years estate agency experience

What You’ll Get:

  • Paid industry qualifications with NAEA Propertymark
  • One-on-one mentorship from experienced Company Directors & Partners
  • Performance-based incentives & fun team competitions
  • Business mileage allowance + City Centre parking space
  • Regular work socials – because work should be fun too
