Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Service Engineer to work on new build residential sites, carrying out window and glazing remedial works. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of window fitting who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out remedial works to windows and doors on new build housing sites
  • Diagnose and resolve issues including adjustments, replacements, and snagging
  • Ensure all work meets , building regulations, and company quality standards
  • Liaise professionally with site managers, contractors, and homeowners
  • Complete job reports and documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment on site

Requirements

  • Proven experience in window and door fitting, servicing, or remedial work
  • Experience working on new build sites preferred
  • Good understanding of building regulations and health & safety requirements
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • Attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • CSCS card
