We are looking for an experienced Senior Leasehold Specialist to manage three Leasehold Specialists. This role requires a motivated individual with proven experience of managing and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and leasehold compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasehold management, Section 20 consultation and compliance as well as thrive in a challenging, customer focused environment. You will lead your team in maintaining the highest standards of service, ensuring that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) was formed in October 2023 through the merger of Sovereign and Network Homes. Our purpose is to provide good, affordable homes: the foundation for a better life, and our vision is thriving communities, over generations.
We provide over 84,000 homes and invest in communities across the South of England, including London, as well as aiming to create thousands of new affordable homes every year.

This role is based with Sovereign Network Homes which covers London and the East and is a subsidiary of SNG. But publicly all colleagues are part of one SNG.
