Full job description

Site Pro Services employ multi-skilled tradesmen delivering a range of high quality infrastructure repairs on a variety of commercial properties. Working typically on retail parks, leisure parks, industrial estates and offices, we strive to achieve perfection on every job, no matter how big or small.

Due to continued expansion, the company is looking to expand its operational team with the addition of a skilled multi-trade operative / general builder.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence must have proven experience of working on small building works such as paving, drainage, fencing and concrete works etc

In return, the company offers a competitive salary, opportunities for overtime, 33 days per annum paid holiday (including Bank Holidays) and performance related bonuses.

Operative - Essential requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (clean with minimum of 3 years driving experience)
  • 3 + years proven relevant experience of hard landscaping and / or groundworks
  • Team player with ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Must be physically fit and used to early starts.

Operative - Desirable requirements:

  • Work tickets (e.g Abrasive wheel, Cat & Genny)
  • Emergency First Aid at Work
  • Brick laying experience.

Pay: £32,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Driving: 5 years (preferred)
  • Hard landscaping: 3 years (preferred)
