Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Carpenter to join our growing construction team. The role involves a wide range of works across residential and commercial projects, supporting site progress and delivering high-quality finishes.

This position suits someone practical, dependable, and confident working across multiple trades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out a variety of trades including (but not limited to):
  • Carpentry & joinery
  • General building and finishing works
  • Working from drawings and instructions
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • Liaising with other trades
  • Ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards
  • Problem-solving and assisting where required on site

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a carpenter and site lead or similar role
  • Strong skills in at least two core trades
  • Good understanding of site health & safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and van required
  • Own tools advantageous
