Multi-Skilled Tradesperson (Skilled / Semi-Skilled)

Vendcare Limited

Due to continued growth, Vendcare Limited is seeking experienced and motivated skilled or semi-skilled tradespeople to join our expanding team. We carry out enabling and reinstatement works for major insurance companies.

This role would suit a reliable, self-motivated tradesperson or competent handyman with good all-round building knowledge. You will be working independently on small repair and reinstatement works, within a set radius of your location, with the full support from our office team, who are available to assist with planning, diary dates, and technical help.

Duties Include:

  • Patch plastering to small areas
  • Painting and decorating small repairs and woodwork
  • Basic joinery (unit removal/reinstatement, pipe boxings, decking repairs)
  • Flooring repairs (laminate etc.)
  • Basic plumbing (isolating water, disconnecting taps/appliances)
  • Small areas of ceramic patch tiling
  • General maintenance and repairs
  • Updating photos, emails, and job schedules via mobile device

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in one or more of the following: joinery, plastering, decorating, tiling, basic plumbing
  • No formal qualifications required – experience and ability are key
  • Ability to work independently and plan workloads
  • Good communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
