BMW Service Advisor
OTE £37,600

Due to internal progression, Ocean BMW is looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful Aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, premium environment where customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.


The Role

As a BMW Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service and repair journey, ensuring they receive a seamless, professional experience from booking through to vehicle handover.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service in line with BMW and Ocean Group standards.
  • Managing customer bookings, vehicle check-ins and handovers.
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Liaising with technicians, Workshop Control and Parts teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Presenting Vehicle Health Check findings and recommending additional work where appropriate.
  • Resolving customer queries professionally and effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction and departmental performance targets.

About You

We're looking for someone who:
  • Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Communicates confidently and professionally.
  • Is organised, proactive and able to thrive in a busy environment.
  • Enjoys building strong customer relationships.
  • Works well as part of a team.


A full UK driving licence is essential.


Working Hours

42.5 hours per week
Monday-Friday on a rotating shift pattern:
  • 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday mornings on a rota basis (8:30am - 1:00pm)
